Not much going on for us tonight... giving out candy and watching some movies :dblthumb2:
 
Halloween is huge in my neighborhood. Firepits, adults hanging out, tractors pulling kids. My homeowners association said to expect 100-300 kids. Glad I stocked up on candy.

It's dead in our neighborhood. We had 5 total trick or treaters all night. Been here since 1993, and the past 5-6 years it's gotten less and less.

More and more cities do trick-or-treat stuff now so kids don't go door to door anymore. We just got back from taking my two year old trick-or-treating for the first time and it was just downtown here at all the businesses. There were hundreds of kids (and even more adults with them). They practically got to line up and go store to store and ended with huge buckets of candy. It was actually pretty cool with music and food vendors and all types of stuff. But all of those kids are no longer going door to door. It's almost as if you don't live near an event, you're probably only going to get a few stragglers.

i think with the economy and all (we still haven't gotten over it), people are still pinching pennies...
 
Number of kids. Zero.

Number of Snickers bars I will now be eating. Way too many.
 
Actually at a Halloween party right now! I don't drink but its funny watching everyone getting bombed, LOL:p

Really quiet for us. Had 6-10 kiddos total. The weather turned rather coolish (low 30's) and windy, that had a big impact.

I have now have a lota Peanut Butter Cups that are ALL MINE!
