I am trying to help a friend who has a hard water issue. He washes normally but any drops left over cause instant water spots.

What can I use as a drying agent along with my MF towel when drying to keep them from appearing?

I thought about some ONR but am unsure if it will help.

any insight?

Switching to using ONR for washing will end your water spot problem, a combination of the product and the technique used with it.

Dodo juice time to dry has hard water dissolving agents in it. It helps me a lot.

The water in my area is like liquid limestone. I can't tell you the last time I used a traditional wash with water and soap. ONR is the only way I wash cars these days. It has solved the "chasing the spots by keeping the car constantly hosed down" problem.

Looks like I am going to gift him my remaining ONR v2. Thanks for the input

I have to agree with the others that ONR is one of the best solutions. You can also put about 1 oz of ONR in your wash water and it will help lubricate wash and reduce those spots until you switch. Enjoy
