Hey guys, does anyone know "Harly wax"?
It is a brazilian carnauba wax, no.1 yellow.

Anyone has any experience with it?

Thanks guys

I have heard of it on another forum .... they also sell and recommend the P21S/S100 waxes also. (nice choices too)

The detailer I use for my Vette uses Harly Wax and it holds up great on a garage queen. :D

Used it on my Mercedes once, still beads nicely

Heard of it, I've got some. Haven't popped the top off yet. Got it in the early days of collecting every wax I could. Still looking for "Paste Glaz".
The story back then was the guy that owns it just pours it once in awhile. No way to verify that. It was a wait to get it so I may have just gotten a story.

I used A LOT of Harly's back in the '80s... that's 1980's for all you eight and nine year old kids out there.

At that time it was a super nice wax.
I have not used it for fifteen years or so. Back then Harly's had a pretty diverse line of detail products... Don't know about now, although I did look some up about three months ago and did not see anything other than wax and a dressing (perhaps).

Anyway, it was a pretty darned durable "hard" paste wax, and it sure had a nice gloss! It was available in a black can with red & white lines or checkers, and they also sold a bigger can that I think was painted white with a Harly's colored label on the lid.

What's a tin go for these days?

I have used Harly Wax on my black car a couple of times during the past year. I like it a lot. It's very easy to apply and remove: I waxed the entire car, did the swipe test and discovered the wax was ready to be wiped off. It leaves a balanced warm carnauba shine. Beads nicely, too. I'm not sure about the durability, as I didn't push it to the max, but it was still going strong after 5-6 weeks when I polished and waxed the car.

It's a great price ($20 plus shipping). It comes in a nice large 14 oz. tin. As I recall, the shipping cost is the same for two tins as for one. I may be wrong about that, though.

Harly Wax, IMHO, is a solid, under-rated carnauba wax. It is well worth trying out.
