Has anyone used Orange Peel Removal Pad?

question :
isnt it possible to use them with DA ?
 
I saw a new ferrari last month at a track day event here that had some bad orange peel. I'd be pretty po'd at spending that kinda money and having orange peel. I've heard that out of all of the manufacturers, lexus has the least amount of orange peel.
