have to rant here....

I haven't purchased a sprayer in 10+ years. I recycle the ones that come with my tire dressing. I do have to replace bottles occasionnaly, but only because they become filthy looking over time

Just wondering... How do you get the residue of tire dressing out of the bottle so there's no cross-contamination? Feed back please. :buffing:

Mebbe I'm just lazy, but I would just dump it in another bottle *somehow*. Maybe because I loathe going in Walmart.

Anyway, if you do go to Walmart (and it's a Super Store), check out the Rubbermaid Professional Bottles. For like $3, you will have a bottle with a great sprayer that will last forever - sans Wheel Brite.

I don't re-use the bottles, just the sprayers. The bottles you can get for $1 @ Dollar Tree

tell Meguiar to put their QD in a Kwazar bottle, but keep the price the same, problem solved, and I would start buying their products by the box load

Or you could just poke a hole in the bottom of the Meg's bottle with a hot screwdriver (bottle upside down) and drain it into another bottle if the top won't come off.

Then, next time you find yourself at God forsaken Walmart, bring the bottle with you and tell 'em you bought it with a hole in the bottom and all the product leaked out and they owe you a new bottle. Two for the price of one.

Just kidding. Don't do that.

Hey guys, just so you know, the first line of defense with any product issue is to contact the retail you purchased from. If they can't or won't give you satisfaction then please call our toll free number that is on the back of every single bottle of product we make. We stand behind all our products 100% and will gladly replace in a situation like this. But please, when contacting our Customer Care Center, be really clear about which product you have. To just tell our guys "quick detailer" isn't specific enough as we have several different quick detail sprays.

Bill, I'm happy to report that I've spoken with our Customer Care Center about this and we've got two bottles on their way to you. Please accept our apologies for this sprayer issue.
