Have you ever gotten hurt detailing?

hehehehehe thanks sweetheart! I just wish there were more hours in the day. Then I could keep up my garden too! lol :)

Are you sure you nails aren't short on one hand and long on the other. :confused:
 
Not really hurt but sometimes after doing one of our trucks, the constant bending and moving and awkward reaches over the hood etc while using the PC....my body the next day is sore as hell.

My left hand has a slight nail where my on my right it's non-existant, but it's still not what I would call long. With the cello I play with a bow and although I do play classical style on my acoustic guitar, I play with a pick on my 3 electrics. :)

I took classical guitar before and you needed to have your finger nails short on the hand used on the finger board and long on the other hand. It's kind of funny have your finger nails short on one hand and long on the other.

i work in a high traffic shop. we had 6 cars to do, some waxes, 1 full detail, rest inside and out cleanup.

Everyone else [5 people] decide to go hotbox this dudes civic, come back high as hell. I did all 6 including the polish, waxing and interior details before we closed. i pulled 3 muscles in my arm
and bicep, tricep in left along with 2 back muscles screaming in agony.

boss came back in and the potheads decided to re QD this car i just waxed... he yelled at me for being lazy. i politely told him he could go *censored* himself and go hang by a rope *censored**censored**censored*.


a week later i got a raise.. woohoo​

I took guitar and it had mostly classical, but it included jazz blues and rock. We didn't need long picking nails :) but I did grow them a tiny bit, but not as long as the professor's :eek: He brought his electric guitar one day and started shredding, he amazed me.

Just minor stuff...a cut finger, sore back. Just yesterday I closed the door of a customer's car...with my head in the way. Smacked my left ear pretty hard but no blood. Oh yeah, and I've fallen of my wheeled cart while rolling. Luckily no one was around so I was spared embarrasment.
