HD products initial impression = NOT happy!

Just received my first order from AG and I decided on the HD line based on a lot of reviews here. The ordering process from AG went very smoothly as you might expect. Great service from them. That said, I received the products today and my first impressions are not good. Specifically, all were separated but even after plenty of shaking of the bottle and stirring - yes I resorted to stirring- they are still crap.
HD Polish - the closest to being good to use in my opinion. After lots of shaking and stirring it is 98% mixed with just some small unmixed bits here and there.
HD Speed - same issue as the Polish, but it has more bits and pieces unmixed. I would say it's maybe 90-95% mixed.
HD Poxy - this one appears completely mixed, but it has a consistency of near water. The instructions for using say to put a few dime size dollops on your pad. Heck, I don't know how I would get a dollop out of this stuff. I haven't tried yet, but I imagine if I try and squeeze the top it's just going to run out. I have never seen wax or polish like this consistency before.

Thoughts? Is this normal? Did I get a bad batch? Because I am about ready to ask for a refund and order new products. Thanks for your time.
 
This is not normal at all, I have all these products and have not experienced this. Could you squeeze some of each out on a flat surface like a counter or mirror and post some pics?
 
I've only used Poxy and it was a very thick consistency.
 
Poxy was the worst. It's almost like water. The other two are almost usable but still not completely mixed.


 
Hopefully David Fermani sees this and chimes in. I dont think I would be scared of polish and speed. But that poxy looks funny.

I don't see how these look ok. The dollops themselves for the polish and speed look ok, but if you look at the pic of the speed on the stir stick, there is plenty that is not mixing. I continued to both stir and shake for bother 20 minutes with no difference.

There is absolutely no way the Poxy can be anywhere close to ok.

What do I do about the unmixed pieces in the speed and polish?

I'll admit that this is the first I've had these products but my Meguiars products that I've been using for years NEVER looked like that unless they were going bad.
 
I'm waiting on my shipment from AG from Labor Day, but I ordered Poxy and HD Express. I should be getting it next week. I'll be sure to check the consistency and see if mine is any different than yours. I'll report back in a week or so unless this problem has been resolved by then.
 
Very bizarre... I use Speed all the time. Quick shake of the bottle and good to go. All my AIO packages get HD Speed.

Just did one today and it came out amazing.

After I finished, it started to rain. The water beading is fantastic, swirls and scratches are gone.

3D is one of the most positively talked about products on this forum.

As a matter of fact many here think the cut scale of Speed is under rated.
I get instant results and love working with it.

For example, here is one clients hood just with HD Speed. As Mike Phillips says, "the proof is in the pudding"

Perhaps bad batch? Perhaps shipping issues? If air was allowed into a bottle, it could dry out product towards the opening.
 
i don't think there's anything wrong with both hd polish and speed. the poxy is questionable, just try and shake it up as much as possible, use it and see if there's any ill effects. years ago I had some poxy and I shook it up for several minutes and it wouldn't go back (looked like cottage cheese) to it's original consistency so I had to toss it...
 
Not going to even attempt to use the Poxy unless I can get the consistency up. It literally is so runny it's ridiculous. I'm still also not happy that the other two have I dissolved stuff in them.

The problem is not that the Poxy is dried out. It's that it is extremely watery.
 
Just check mine. speed i got a month ago Poxy and polish this week. Did they have the red plug in bottle
