Great news - I finally got a good bottle! Can't wait to try it. I have to say that although it took three bottles to get a good one. The customer service and support int his community is outstanding!

I have not really seriously detailed a car in nearly 10 years - maybe longer. So I am just getting back into it for my own sake (and the fact that I got my first dark colored car in almost that long...)

The forum here helped me determine the consistency of this stuff was not correct. Autogeek (Brian), sent me a replacement bottle immediately OVERNIGHT, unfortunately it was bad as well - so he told me to keep the bottle and credited me for another product. Finally, Ben from 3DHD - PM'd me, and sent me ANOTHER bottle - three day UPS - at no charge so I had it for this weekend. The third bottle is perfect! Thank you everyone for all of the support!
