Well as some of you know back in September I had mentioned that there was a chance that I may be leaving sunny Florida and the perk of living near PBMG to head back to Boston for my wife's job.

On Friday she got the great news and was offered the job she had been waiting for. In a Godfather voice " They gave her a offer she couldn't refuse!" LOL. So We will be leaving February 1st to head back up and start a new chapter.

At this point in my life I am really considering going full time with my detailing. Depending on what happens financially will determine my game plan. It will be a change for sure but my detailing knowledge has increased dramatically since I last lived there in 2007 and I have a bunch of support up there as well.

I will still be on the forums but not being able to stop by PBMG and pickup my orders or attend there awesome cars and coffee meets is going to stink a bit!

Wish me luck and happy detailing!

Best of luck, Justin. I, too, call Mass my "home" but have lived in Tampa now going on 27 years but would love to do exactly what you're doing. Bringing all that expertise up to a new market certainly sounds exciting. Of interest to you is the thread of the member looking for a good garage heater to use in Mass!!!

Sounds like a wonderful reset for you and like you said...with support of no doubt family and old friends. Again, i wish you and the missus all the best and let us know how it goes.

Best of luck with your move back home my friend!

Good luck! I have a friend just outside Boston who could use your services!

Fellow Mass Detailer here..

Well cross paths one day... Till then,

Hope the transition goes well!

Man, that is fantastic. She gets a career boost she's been waiting for, and you get a chance & opportunity to pursuit your own goals. Being your own boss is...well...straight up boss!

Funny this topic came up, as I was just chatting with the woman yesterday while sitting in traffic about starting ones own business. She mentioned "risks" and I pretty much said to her we pretty much failed by default. That's the whole point of starting something. You're already at the bottom floor. Take that chance to rise up. Or sit here and dream about it, but too chicken to give it a shot.

Go for it, friend. Cheers to both you and your lady.
