Waiting on a order for some opti-lens, would it be ok if I protected a newly polished headlight with 303 AP?

Well I told the customer I would apply it to their headlights when I get it but while it's on order, should I just use the 303 or just put on a sealant?
I have never used 303, but if your waiting for Opti Lens to arrive, using a sealant wax wouldn't hurt and might save you time when Opti Lens does arrive.
Just do an IPA wipe down before applying opti lens and see if the headlights need additional correction. If they don't no need to polish again and just remove the sealant and apply opti lens.
I respectfully disagree. If you put anything on there now you are just risking an improper bond of the Opti-Lens. I would do nothing and just do a quick buff and prep prior to Opti-Lens. Or if you have Opti-Coat you could put that on now, and layer the Opti-Lens onto it later.
We're only talking a couple of days that the lenses will be exposed, right? I don't think much is going to happen to them.
