Headliner Cleaner?

Be very careful. It is very easy to cause the adhesive holding the headliner fabric to foam to give way and you'll have pockets where the fabric will start to sag. I mist a MF with my interior cleaner (303 concentrate) and lightly wipe the headliner to clean. But try not to make the fabric wet and saturated. Sometimes I only need to use a medium stiffness bristle shoe brush to brush the headliner. I'm suprised at how good it can look sometimes only from a brushing.

I too would suggest being careful, in the past I used Woolite diluted heavily in a small spray bottle to spot treat areas and never had an issue.

I would think that a spray foam would be better for a headliner.

I use Detailking Interior Foam, it works very well on velour, carpets and headliner material, is kinda a dry foam and will not get the headliner too damp. Excellent product! Here is a link to it:

Will 303 cleaner and spot remover be effective in cleaning my headliner?
