Heavy cutting compound that doesn't dust?

I'll also give a shout to Menzerna FG400.

As long as you don't set your machine to top speed and over-polish, it dusts little and finishes really sharp.

On hard paint German cars I ususally can leave the finish as it's glossy and full of clarity.

I tried HD Cut+ on Rotary and tends to dry very fast (after 3 or 4 passes) and sometimes sticky in paint for wipe off.

How do you use it?

I use it on the rotary too. I don't prime my pad but I'll almost always start with HD polish+ on an orange buff and shine pad (favorite pad/polish combo on my 849x) because sometimes it will surprise me in it's ability to remove swirls and small scratches on it's own. If I need a little more cut I'll blow out the paint residue and spent polish from my pad and put 3 drops of HD cut+ on the pad that has some of the polishing oils left from Polish+

I'm sure it cuts less like this but I don't reach for any 3D or HD compounds if I'm trying to remove sanding scratches or compound heavily swirled panels. The oils still in the pad from polish+ will make a huge difference when using and removing cut+. One other thing to consider is there are alot of polishes and compounds that allow you to fully complete a certain amount of section passes before stopping. With cut+ you might be in the middle of my second pass but right when you can tell it's starting to dry don't try to finish the pass, just stop right then and wipe it off.

also I use the TRC edgeless 245 when removing HD cut+. Most people would probably freak out and tell me I'm scratching the paint but if I know I'm doing a second step it;s about the lowest nap you can find in a microfiber and it makes Cut+ much easier to remove.
