HEAVY Scratches/Swirls, How do I deal with this?

That clear is checked and needs a repaint!

It almost looks like cracked paint.

M105 and a rotary may help some! But look very deep.

My guess is a hard bristle wash brush and maybe putting it down on the ground face down. I have seen the idiots that work for me doing it with our wash brushes doing our trash trucks. When I say Hello Dummies your putting the face of your wash brush in dirt they look at me with that blank stupid stare like WHAT!!!!!!!
