Hello Everyone,
About 6-Months ago I noticed a nice scratch on my fairly new black SUV. At the same time I starting noticing swirl marks. At that point I decided that I wanted to start detailing my own car. I found a good deal on Griot's Garage Orbital which included a product kit (clay, speed wash, Best in Show Wax, Machine Polish 2).
Well needless to say, I haven't detailed my SUV yet. I'm one of those people who like to research the heck of something before jumping.
For the past month I have been searching the net tyring to learn as much as I can before I get started. This search of knowledge has brought me to Autogeekonline.
I've been reading alot of posts and learning a lot about techniques and different products. Now it's time to put all this knowledge to work. I'm actually excited and now confident that I'll do a great job on my cars.
I want to thank everyone in this community that has contributed their experiences. This site is awesome and I hope that I too will be able contribute in the near future.
Best wishes,
Gil
