hi there! i recently started purchasing detailing supplies from autogeek, and ive finally joined the forums. i am not too much of a noob to detailing, but i still have a lot to learn. so yeah just thought i would drop by an say hey. i drive an 06' honda civic si and it is pictured below. i try to keep it in close to perfect condition because i am anal like that.

haha i am actually in kentucky. pretty boring here. but oh well. i wish i were in cali. i bet you could probably detail cars all year round with the weather over there.

Welcome to the Geeks/addiction. You mention your "anal" sounds like you will fit in just fine in here. We are all about doing things right and feeling proud of making our vehicles look fine.

Hey do I see an Acura MDX in the background?
 
ah actually it is the RDX its my dads car. its pretty peppy for a small suv. haha we are a honda family.

A HONDA FAMILY!
My first two new cars were red Civics. Kept immaculately, drove 'em like a bat outta hell.
Great cars.
My son has one but it black and quite a bit older. WIsh they'd make something FAST!!!

yeah i actually am on 8thcivic.com. im just moreso of a lurker on that website lol. i dont post too often. its a very good information source on the new civic though.

your si looks very nice. smart move on getting black. by far the best color for the new si in my opinion. i was split between red and black, but then i remembered my last car which was black and the swirlies i had to deal with lol. but when black is kept in good condition it is by far the cleanest looking color.

why thank you for the compliments. lol yeah i wish it was a bit faster also, but hey its reliable at least! after the warranty is over with im hoping to give this car some more pep *cough*...turbo.... *cough* haha.

Not that a Civic in red could ever look bad!!!
