The last couple of weeks are hazy, the last thing I remember is telling my girl friend that I was going to wax my car, armed with an old rag and a can of Turtle Wax. This morning I woke up in the ditch, next to my car, holding a PC 7274XP and a crumpled piece of paper with nothing written on it other than "Mike did this".

In my attempts to back track my steps over the last couple weeks I logged on to my computer, opened my favorites and browser history and have found autogeekonline.net. I plan to find answers such as "Who is this Mike?", and why is my car so shiny??

I would like to thank Mike, and everyone else here at autogeekonline.net for the wealth of information and tips they give so freely! I look forward to contributing what I can back in to the community. Round 2 is about to start with my car! My first try was a real learning experience, and after having rewatched the videos, this next time should produce some fantastic results.

I drive a 2004, Deep Forest Green, Pontiac Grand Prix which I am ashamed to say that I have neglected and has been subject to 24/7 climate with harse Canadian winters. My goals are to restore the paint using a DA polisher then properly seal it. While I'm at it, I might as well give it a little wax :) In the end I want to also have a good system with a good AIO or sealant to use on the family and friends cars, as well as to be able to educate them on proper vehicle mainenance.

I'm just not sure if I want to remove my scratches, after having just cleaned them so well ;)
