Hello all the way from CAMBODIA!

I have been reading these forums for awhile and I finally took the time to register. I want to thank everyone ahead of time for the help "How-to's" and "Technique and Tips" write ups. There were a great deal of help.

I would say I'm somewhat new to this, but I have been doing my own cars for about 3 years now, still a lot to learn.

I'm looking forward to learning new ways to clean my cars! I'm currently driving a 2008 Benz S550 L and a Lexus LX570.

:welcome:To Autogeek!

Those are some nice rides and this is the place to come to keep them looking good. Since you've been detailing for about 3 years tell us some of the tools you have and the products you've used. :props:

Thank you everyone!

I have only used a few products since there is a very limited selection here. Most of the good products I have to buy and get it shipped here ]:
Keep in mind that there are only two seasons in Cambodia, rainy and dry. During the raining season, it pretty much rains every other day. So I have to wax around two to three times a month.
I still have much to learn but this is my opinion on these few products.

Glaze:

Poorboy's White Diamond
9/10
This hide all of the light swirls on my S550. Lasts very very long especially after putting on a sealant and wax over it.

Sealant:

Meguiar's Synthetic Sealant 2.0
-8/10
Poorboy's EX-P
8/10

Waxes:

Turtle Wax Hard Shell
-4/10
Pain in the butt to remove. I guess you get what you pay for.
Meguiar's NXT 2.0
-7.5/10.
This wax really brought out the black in my car without having to polish or anything. It made the swirl marks temporarily invisible. However, it doesn't seem to be so durable with all the rain.
Meguiar's Gold Class
-9/10
This is a great wax! I love how it makes the paint look wet with some depth in it. Amazing for it's price.
Poorboy's Natty Wax RED
-10/10
This is probably the best wax I have used. Smells delicious! :P Easy on and Easy off. Great dept, wetness, and durability.

Thanks again! I am planning to do a full detail on my S550 this weekend. I will put up pictures before and after.

A core strength of Autogeek is their ability and willingness to ship International.

Kind of like Florida only not seasons... days... it rains and shines dry everyday... it's so annoying since I drive a full convertible every day...

Are there any specific products that you would recommend Mike?
May I ask how often do you wax in those conditions?

I will definitely be ordering soon! I need a rotor \: I've been doing EVERYTHING by hand... Recommendations? [:

Thank you!
