Hello all!

Have been a longtime detailing advocate, and have always done everything by hand :nomore:

Just ordered a Porter Cable 7424XP with M105/205 and a bunch of other fun products. I have 2 black BMW's that i hope to restore nicely, and my wife just got an MDX that needs some major paint correction (swirls, dull, surface scrathes).

Have already been watching all of Mike's video's on using the 7424XP, and hope to learn ALOT from this forum.

Here are a couple shots of stuff I've done by hand in the past. Hoping the new DA will make things alot easier and look even better....not bad for a 15 year old paintjob :dblthumb2:

I've upgraded to some nicer products, so don't flame me too bad :)

This was a wash, dry, clay, wax, maintain with quick detailer......

-I always have FUN with the above mentioned products...and a bunch of others, as well.
(Ohio weather permitting, that is.)

Nice! I have an E39 525i and an E36 M3, and they both need some major loving. Can't wait to get at them. New PC 7424XP will be here tomorrow :dblthumb2:
 
Welcome! Nice cars you have.

I started out with the same or similar products, doing it all by hand. Then I found the geek, and life isn't the same. lol

You'll find Mike's book or video a great resource tool, a good read, and an inspiration.
