Hi. I joined the forum to learn from the experts. I used to spend a lot of time keeping my cars spiffy, but that kinda turned into just driving through a car wash.

I recently got a couple of new cars, and suddenly realized how much I don't know (or have forgotten) about maintaining a car! I'm hoping to learn a few things.

Welcome to AGO! There is a ton of knowledge here, Welcome to the addiction. Where are you at in Detroit? I grew up outside of Metro Airport, lived in the surrounding areas for the first 30 years of life. And for the last 10 years in Lenawee County, just needed a change of pace. Good first name by the way, just from that I can tell you are a powerful and attractive man!

Thanks, Mike. Well since it's my wife's black car, I guess I'm further down the ladder now. Black car>Wife>kids>me ;)
 
Thanks Dave S. I don't know how powerful and attractive one is while crouched over cleaning a wheel, but I'll take whatever I can get.

Welcome David from the Motor City. I am originally from Lansing, MI. I also own 2 black vehicles(Chevy Camaro 2010, Chevy Colorado 2016) and recently started getting back into detailing.
