Just joined. I am 64 years old and have always just had the car done down at the local car wash as it needed it. Found this site, got interested in doing some of the work myself and here I am. I am expecting my first order from Auto Geeks by UPS today and then this weekend do my first at home detailing. Looking forward to it and participating here and learning a lot.

Welcome! I'm just down I-40 abit in Murfreesboro. I registered at AG a week or so ago and have been in a similar situation. I'm approaching 62 and retired due to health issues about a year ago.

I detailed my cars for several years but pretty much stopped in the mid-90s. Just too much to do in a small amount of available time. Started back a couple of months ago. I guess I can say this is my new hobby. This is a great site with alot of great products and useful information.
