I belonged to this Autopia years ago then got distracted with other things and now I'm back. I was so impressed with a fellow named Scottwax he did and still does some of the nicest work I've seen.
Hi Bill,
Welcome to Autogeek Online!
I'm a personal friend of Scott Hair aka Scottwax and in fact just posted some pictures of us from 2004 when Meguiar's had me hold an "Autopia" Day at the Meguiar's Corporate Office. This was back when the MOL forum was brand new as were most "discussion forums".
Scott was famous for his amazing work all by hand and when he came out to Meguiar's we converted him over to using machines. He's also been to a couple of my classes not that he needed to attend but as
professional comradery.

From left to right,
Joe Fernandez aka
Superior Shine, Brian aka SqkyKln, Scott Hair aka
Scottwax, me aka Mike Phillips, Bob aka Rjstaff, Rdarwa, (forget her first real name), Bob aka Aurora40 and down in front another very good friend of mine, Jim aka
Jimmy Buffit.
That was back in 2004 and the names I made bold are still very active detailing cars today as well as active in the forum world. They all have a professional character and image to go with their names and their posting history on any forum backs this up. The others I'm not sure if they're still detailing cars or active on the forums, possibly Brian aka SqkyKln and both the Bobs i.e. Rjstaff and Aurora40 but I'm not sure.
Anyway, welcome to Autogeek Online, you're in good company.
