Hi all,

My name is Dave and I live in Michigan. We just bought a home in Cape Coral Florida so we will be spending 6 months there too. I joined to learn more about detailing and getting the ultimate shine. I have a 2006 Victory Red Corvette conv, a 1991 Black Corvette ZR1, a 2007 Maroon Chevy Silverado and a 2009 Chevy Traverse. We like Chevies. I show the Corvettes so I want to learn how to get a deep wet looking shine on them. This looks like the place to do it.

Besides cars, my hobbies are photography (I had a few pictures from this collection published Zenfolio | Dave Havercamp | Muscle Car City ) and woodworking. Here is my latest project Zenfolio | Dave Havercamp | Monterillo rocker

Hey Dave,

Welcome to Autogeek.

I use to live in Michigan but I have been living in Cape Coral since 96. I have an 08 Z06 and an 85 Vette along with a number of other cars.

Welcome! How you liking the Traverse? Aside from the rear and tailights of the SUV, I dig the looks. The front end and interior look nice but those tailights, I'm not sure about.

If you like keeping em shiney, you're in the right place.

Outside the Corvette, the Traverse is the best Car that I ever owned. It is a pleasure to drive. Quality is outstanding. My wife never goes gaga over a car, but she did this one.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome.
