Hello ,I have reading through the forums for the last few days and decided I should probably wade into the pool.
I have worked in the auto reconditioning field for close to 30 years, mostly GM and Import dealerships.
I am currently at a GM dealership and have been there for close to 18 years, they pay me pretty well and lots of good fringe benefits :xyxthumbs:
I started browsing here when looking for info on detailing out one of my bosses boats,,something I know very little about,,,a little more now though.
I am still pretty old school on my techniques but have been slowly moving toward long throw random orbitals.
I have an RBL which I think is a Rupes knockoff but I am not sure,it works pretty good but thinking on upgrading to a griots big boss but I still mainly rely on my Makita rotary

see ya around the forum
Dave

Welcome to the forum!

We just moved back to Michigan about 3 years ago from living out of state for years. We too reside in the Kalamazoo area, it's staring to sound like a small world here!

If you have younger kids Kalamazoo is a great place to live. Thad Kalamazoo Promise is still going on isn't it?? Free college for your kids is tough to beat.

That only applies Kalamazoo public schools, and we are in Portage schools. But yes, they still get that perk.
