Hi everyone, been trolling this sight for years pickin up tips to care for my cars. No expert here, I just like to take care of my stuff.
I don't chase the latest and greatest, I just get what I need when I need it, but I do like to get quality if I'm gonna drop the $$. I use a PC 7424 and mostly a combination of the Klasse twins and 3m Perfect-it on my black Honda and red Dodge pickup (I did just get some #845 to use as a long lasting topper). So far I've had good luck keeping the rides in good shape here in Northern VA. where the summers are hot humid and full of pollen and dust, and the winters are icy so we get lots of salt, beet juice and sand.
Finally joined on here because I got a new little project, a 2007 Ninja (black). It's been garage kept, but I think rarely washed and never waxed or protected so it has tons of scratches and swirls, big clouds on the tank, and pipes so dark its hard to tell them from frame tubes.
Anyway, that's my intro, I'll put my actual questions up in the appropriate forums over the next couple days.
Thanks,
Eric
