Hello this is my first post here at AG just to say hello to everyone! In the last two week I have been reading a lot throughout the forum and the how to's and there is a ton of good information and tips.

I even pulled the trigger in a few of the items posted during this weekend cyberbusters deals. However today I got my first package which was the P21S Deluxe Auto Care Set and when I opened the box they sent me the regular kit and not the deluxe one. I already sent a message to the customer service dept. asking for help. I hope I do not have to pay for the shipping on the return/exchange process as it was a free shipping offer.

I'm still waiting for another two packages!!!! One is the GG polisher club kit with some other goodies and today's special of Wolfgang Füzion Estate Wax. I think Xmas arrived earlier for me! :laughing:

Welcome. I wouldn't worry. AG customer service is great. If it was their mistake I'm sure they will make it right.
