Hello everyone! I've been visiting and reading the forum since June and finally decided to get more involved. I really appreciate all the help you guys offer on here and look forward to being a part of the community for years to come.

By the way, I finally took the plunge and started my own service in August and have been doing it as a second job ever since. It is starting to pick up steam and is keeping me pretty busy. Again, thank you guys for all that you post. Im learning more each day from this community.

Cheers,
Scottie Brown

Welcome fellow new comer. Enjoy too all the useful discussions around.

Hey Scottie - welcome to AGO. Congrats on starting your detailing business. Where in Phx are you located?

Thanks Paul and I hope you enjoy your time in AZ. It's a great state to visit, especially this time of year!

I won't be visiting, we listed our house in NH and we're moving! My house just went on the market today!

We're looking at the Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek or San-Tan Valley area.

We're flying by the seat of our pants, but there is a plan! :-)

Hey wknd dtlr. Thanks bud! I'm currently in Ahwatukee but am moving to Chandler off of the 101 in a few weeks. Are you here in The Valley yourself?

Nice one, Paul! This is a lovely place for sure. I've lived all over the world but coming home to the AZ was one of the best days of my life. I don't think we'll ever leave to be honest. My folks are down in San Tan Valley and my only advice on living there is that I only recommend it if you are retired and don't plan on working in the rest of The Valley. It is so isolated and the traffic is diabolical during rush hours getting in and out. Gilbert is a nice spot and cheaper than a lot of other places for the quality of the house you can get. South Chandler is the same.

Im excited for you though, man. You'll love the lack of cold, snow, rain and dreary winters. You just stay inside for a few months each year and you're golden!
