Hello from Quebec!

Hi!

My name is Frederick (Spy474 nickname) and i'm from Montreal! My native language is french, so i may make some mistake!

I'm new to the concept of detailing car. I'm 21 years old, and I own car since I'm 17. My first car was a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt LS.. 2 doors, black, Spyn Chrome mag.. For a first car, it's was unbelievable! I was very happy with it.. I wash it almost every day.. And it was very clean.! I had an accident with the car.. And I bought a 2001 Chrysler Neon.. The color was, Orange and White.. Yes, rust orange.. The car was ugly, I didn't like it.. So i never wash the car.. It's was a real garbage!

Now, i just bought a new car.. A 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 (Also known as Mazda 6 MPS GT) The car is amazing! My favorite color, black..


Now, i really want to learn the art of detailing.. I really want to have a perfect looking car!

I'm in the process of starting my own detailing business.. I won't open it this year.. Cause i don't really have experience.. I want to learn before doing it!

Salut Frédérick, j'espère que que tu vas te faire autant de fun sur le site que moi. En passant mon nom est Claude. Je suis née et j'ai grandis en Abitibi mais maintenant je vie en Louisiana (depuis 1995). C'est toujours le fun de voir une montréalais considérant que j'ai resté à Ste-Anne de Bellevue et sur la Côte St-Luc lorsque j'étais à McGill. Anyways, fais toi du fun et lit en masse!!

@Dr Pain: Salut Claude! Sa fait plaisir de voir une communauté francophone! Et anciennement Québécoise, même si je suis certain que ton coeur est encore ici ;) Je vais probablement aller à McGill aussi en Septembre! Drôle de coïncidence!

Yea! Same for the moment..! I'm planning to start a company.. But that's another thing..! Maybe next year.. Want to pratice a bit more.. Doing my car and familly one.. It's something, but i'm not sure i'm ready to jump to business now! Looking for a part time job in a detailing shop! We'll see want can't i get!
 
Yep , anyways , it s not the time to start a business I guess , the economy s so bad lately ! Maybe in a year or so it will get better .

But it s time to practice & learn detailing , it s what I m doing right now .

Exactly what I'm thinking! I'm still studying, so it's not a big deal if it's not tomorrow.. But it's one of my dream to own a shop..

I'm studying in Architecture.. I just finished my Cegep in Architecture.. (3 years..) In september i'm starting a B.A.C in "Design de l'Environnement" at l'UQAM.. And i'm planing to finish this with a Master in Architecture at McGill!
 
Great man ! You seem to like going to school! I didn t like it at all . lol & everybody knew i ! lol

Do you plan to do it on Summer time in order to get some money for school time !
