Hello all, just joined up and hope to dust off some old skills and learn many more. Spent past 15 years retail aftermarket stereo/tint/remote starts/etc sales and recently been getting back into detailing a little on the side. Starting moving forward with detailing as my own business, hence how I'm here.
It all started earlier this year when I got my project CRX painted and did the cut & buff for the first time myself(paint was done by a buddy in a garage). Used Meguiar Unigrit 1500g, 2000g & 3000g for the wetsanding and 3M perfect it compound, polish & ultrafine polish along with corresponding pads on old Snap-On rotary.
Ok, this is a long intro. Hope to contribute and learn as much as I can here. Here some pics of the CRX, sorry just so damn proud of how it turned out.(yes door jams were done)

24hrs later...

Fender done as test steps 1-5, didn't do ultrafine polish step yet.. The slatwall in background shows the orange peel reduction well.

Just love my interior.

And some final shots all done!
