Howdy!
My name is Anand and I currently work and live in Arlington. I have been a car enthusiast for years and very thrilled to finally start educating myself on the art of detailing.
Man am I so happy I discovered this forum! Each and every contribution has been extremely helpful; everything from the hands on videos to the comments in threads . I have been lurking around on this forum for a few weeks now without signing up (trying to fight the power of the bug).
I really thought the go fast mod bug was bad. The detailing bug can run circles around it! :laughing:
After these few lurking weeks, I have already made my first purchase from AGO:
The two products on the very left, the Meguiars Cleaner Wax and Mothers Clar Bar kit, were purchased entirely on instincts from Oreillys. Everything else was just purchased at AGO (the big white container is the Megs Water Based Dressing). I think it's a good start
I currently have two cars. My DD is a 2008 Subaru Forester XT (Aspen White) which is a blast to drive everyday. My project/weekend warrior is a 2005 Subaru WRX (Crystal Gray Metallic). Both of these cars have been neglected. I have had the WRX since DAY 1 and have NEVER EVER applied any sort of protective product. I just picked up the Forester 3 months ago, but it's in pretty good shape. It still needs a 1 step correction.

I will be purchasing a PCXP very soon with the appropriate swirl removers/polishes/waxes to go with it.
