Hello from the SF Bay Area, California

So true....we both live in sf so space to hold a large group is at a premium. My place is just too small. It barely have enough room to hold all my gears and my AG STUFF.

My house in SJ isn't THAT small, and there's plenty of on-street parking.

Btw....did you ever try out the new carpro pads?. What do you think of it...

I'm actually on the peninsula in San Mateo. Yeah I'm with you on space, I have condo. Are you talking about the new Flash Pads? I have one from Corey but haven't had a chance to use it yet.

If worse comes to worse, we could probably do something at my place, but I only have a small one-car garage.

I think the heat in SJ would beat us down my friend

Flash pads...yes. I am thinking this might be a killer combo with the Rupes 21.

The heat in SJ could be extreme at times but then....its dry heat.:dblthumb2:

That's true - heat is easier to deal with than humidity! Yeah the flash pads are beast on the Flex and Rupes. They're made for doing some serious correction. I wish they came in 5.5" tho. You're on CPF?

Welcome to AGO from another neighbor. With our water situation, I began using Meguiars rinse free wash and wax about a year ago to save water. Opened a whole new world for me, but I'm only a passionate hobbiest.

A word of caution.......this forum and PBMG in general can get addictive!

yes..I am. I got on not too long ago.

We should definitely have some more discussions around this if you're willing to host Bryan. It will take a couple of months for us to organize this anyway and I'm sure there is a plethora of products and experiences we can bring to the table :dblthumb2:

If it's going to take a couple of months, then the heat in SJ won't be so bad. It's not really that bad in my garage either, as long as the doors are open. But by September, it will be comfortable.

Like I said I don't have the biggest space, but it might work if we can't find another venue.

I'm from walnut creek. Welcome!

And I have just about everything...281 can tell you.

I don't have enough space to host, but I have more than enough products and machines for people to try out.

+1 on askin 281

Its looks like we don't have to worry about not having enough toys to play with or to go around.....we just need to find ourselves a playground.

I'm in San Mateo, and like most here have the toys to play with, though no place to host.

If you're willing Bryan, I'd say let's get the ball rolling and setup up a meet n greet at your place for sometime in October. I'm getting married next month so August is shot for me - hence needing a couple of months to put this together.

I'll start by putting together a contact list. For those interested in a tentative meet n greet for Bay Area Members, please PM me your contact info (prefer email):

Yup, I'm willing and my wife gave her seal of approval :xyxthumbs:

The weather will have cooled off by October so that will be nice too.
