Hello from the UK!

Hi everyone,

ive always thought ive had clean cars in the past, until recently when i started looking into detailing

currently running a VW Golf VR6, its a bit of a rolling project, its been an ex company car in the past so hasnt really had the care it deserves, as a result the paint is swirled quite badly and theres a couple of scuffs etc. but hopefully i can try and get it to good standard before i carry out any mods on it.

and a mitsubishi pajero (montero) thats an out and out 4 wheeler! so the paintwork on that doesent bother me!

anyway, looking forward to picking up some tips and tricks and sharing my progress:dblthumb2:

in the middle of sourcing a load of new kit just eyeing up a few different rotary's at at the minute, and getting ideas on the best shampoo's,waxes etc. to use and going to send the girlfriend and daughter away for a weekend so i can have an uninterupted detailing session!

it sure is Mike, i love it like an old dog!:laughing:

heres how it used to look,

and how it looks now........ takes a weekend to get all of the mud off!

and the VR6,

which hopefully following the guides and advice on here i would like to get up to a good standard! (sorry for the blurry pics......i need to learn how to use the girflriends camera.....)
