Hello...Just finished my detailing website...take a look...

where are you located - what areas do you service - are you mobile or do you operate a shop (or both)

all of the above should be clear on your homepage
 
I like most of the page, but one area I'm not sure about. It seems sort of odd to me. The picture of you in front of the truck is goofy, and well, sort of unprofessional. Rocking the 20-something laid back yo-yo-whazz-up stance would turn me off if I were looking for a professional detailer. I hope you don't take offense and it's just my .02 cents - but I would swap that out for something more professional, or remove it altogether. How about replacing it with some customer testimonials, or a link to a gallery of work you've done?

Anyway, just my .02 cents - good luck with your business!

I think it ok. Nothing overly exciting from a consumer standpoint. Keep in mind you have about 15 - 20 to grab their attention from the landing page. I started out with a site just like yours and it did ok for people who were very serious about car detailing. But when you get a soccer mom or the guy who's stoked about his new car... they want a commercial looking site that has corporate type feel. It's a give and take, I don't get lots of clients who are willing to pay $500 for a service, but I do get LOTS of people who will pay $150 - $225.

Here is my site, http://thesocalway.com/.com my site is far from perfect and trust, I've seen way better. But with this site I get about 5 calls a week from people telling me they picked us because of the layout of the site.
