My name is Rick and I live in Iowa. Moved here from Arizona about 10 years ago sometimes I think I need my rear kicked for that move.

As far as Car detailing I am what I call a weekend warrior. it started when I bought this 2009 Toyota Camry. it was so nice paint was clean and very little defects. As I got into trying to make it clean and shine. the more I found different products to work with. Man was I ever in the dark ages as far as waxes and polish, it was Nufinish, Bath towel, a little comet. and you were good to go.

Since then I have tried several different products and WOW I am impressed I look forward to learning from some of you who have been doing this for awhile
 
Welcome from no where near Iowa.

There is a lot of products discussed and lots of opinions. You will likely find most any product will work as advertised so there are few wrong choices but in the end finding what works for YOU.
