AGO is sponsored forum that's why it's not any talk about the products not offered by them. I respect the forum rules by only discuss products offered here. Then it's talk about certain tools that AGO don't offer like pressure wash. The sister site is more open to discuss other brands and products. And still in the range of pbmg companys. The biggest benefit is you have Mike Phillips here to guide you in products and methods and all around the different aspects off detailing business. He has an awesome knowledge on the industrie of detailing.
I would look closer to the GG 6" polisher and a bundle of their BOSS pads and polishes to start with. The motor is very strong and gets you to have less stalling. And the 5"backing plate is a great thing to get direct and the 5.5" BOSS pads. Then you can get the 3" backing plate to get you an easier way to polish smaller spaces like bumpers and such.
You have gotten alot of awesome recommendations so far. Now it's just to decide what way to go. And that's not easy to do. But the products mentioned here is solid and works great.
