Help! All my gallon refills turn into ice

I just got my order from Autogeek that I placed on Black Friday. When I open the box, I found that all my gallon refills (APC+, OCW, Hyperwash) turn into ice. Is that fine? It is my first time ordering the product in gallon size...I didn't expect that would happen.

Some products may separate and change properties through dramatic temperature change. I've had both APC+ and HW out in my garage through the winter once and both worked just fine once warmed up. The HW needed a little shaking, but still worked.

Bring them into room temperature and shake them lightly as they thaw out.

Apc+ doesn't change when it gets frozen straight or diluted, just give them a good shake

I'd just call OPT and Megs directly and ask if it'll be ok

Just let them thaw naturally indoors, give them a good shake, and if there is no separation you will probably be fine.
