First of all, Hi, im new to the forums. Ive been reading on them for a while but just joined. I currently use a PC 7424XP with XMT swirl remover 1 and 2 and the XMT glaze with Megs GOld Class Wax. I ran out of swirl remover and am looking to upgrade to something better. I heard of Menzerna but with shipping to PR they break my wallet. Any recomendation you guys may have that wont be soo expensive. Im looking for something to remove swirls in the range of XMT 1,2 and 3. Thanks

Haven't used the XMT polishes but Megs 105/205 may be a good choice. Being SMAT, you decide how much you want cut by varying time or pad (you don't have to wait for the polish to break down). Do not allow it to dry on your paint - is a bit of a pain to get off. You can extend the working time by misting water. 105 works really well with MF pads + DA.

Welcome,
I would suggest Megs microfiber correction system. Easy to use, great results fast.

So for megs I would have to buy microfiber pads? I currently have CCS pads for the PC

No, you do not have to use MF pads for 105. In fact, 105 was not designed for MF pads, though you could try it. The compound in Meg's MF system is meant for MF pads and it is easy to use. By that I mean it leaves less of a mess, is easier to take off, etc. But it does not cut as much as Meg 105. There is not much out there that cuts as much as 105. Your CCS yellow pad should work well with 105. Use 5" pads for cutting; the DA will handle them much better.

Thanks Guys, so Im buying Megs 105 and 205. I have Megs Scratch X for intermediate swirls and will continue to use the XMT glaze for now

i have m105 and the new OPt compound. i enjoy using both very much because one cuts fast but less working time, and one cuts slightly less but WAY longer working time.
