Help: Collinite 845

I picked up a bottle last month and love it to death. Just curious to know if this can be used for marine purposes?

bottle doesn't even say it's for cars but we slap it on anyhow

It was developed to coat high tension electric wires and is still used for that today, so I guess that you can use it on a boat.

Actually it was to coat the insulators that support the wires. That's why it is called insulator wax

I just happened to have a photo of Collinite 845.

I do 2 - 3 section passes at speed 3.5 with my pcxp and a red ccs pad.

I started the thread, even though I have a hard time applying 845, the shine it produces is just killer. The metallic silver just pops. I think I will stick with this for a while.

Is there detail spray that I could use between washes that would just accent the pop, or just leave as is?

Once again thanks to all that contributed to this. I guess i am not the only one that has found a great wax.
