Help- Have some paint cloudiness that won't go away.

The finish polish(megs 205)will indeed remove and strip what wax and sealer you have on there. So I would go right to the 205(or whatever finish polish with abrasives you choose). I have tested a few of the Wizards polishes out so I am somewhat knowledgeable about them. They do indeed cut well but do not finish so well IME(like you are experiencing).

Anyway if you choose 205 try a test spot like Mike has suggested then look at it from different angles and lighting. Then if that is satisfactory go to your next step: The Klasse or 845 and have another look. Good luck and keep us posted!

Ok- So the 205 is finer than a swirl remover?? I guess I had thought swirl remover was finer than compounds were...

I think I'll pick up some 205 and go at it with that, then finish up with the 845. I'm not sure if I feel like doing the Klasse steps in the middle. I think I'll test an area, and pull it out into the sunshine this time..... Last time it was raining all weekend, so I kept it sealed up in the garage while I did the work.

M205 is a swirl remover, its' a fine or light polish from removing shallow swirls.

It's not very aggressive. It's designed to be used after M105 with a rotary buffer or DA in body shops after fresh paint has been sanded. (It's part of a system)

It's popular on forums and with detailers for all kinds of detailing projects. There's lots to learn about compounds and polishes, just keep asking questions...

This Klasse glaze/seal has to be the worse product I have ever used. I put it on as thin as I could and still got streaking. It took all kinds of work to get rid of it. By the time it was done, I was paying the customer to work on his car. What am I saying? It's not done! I had to strip it and start all over. I really love all the stuff I have bought from AG, but this products sucks!
