Ok guys I used the Cobra Guzzler drying towel. I guess you suppose to slide it across the paint once and be done. Well I did a more of a wiping thing and now my paint has holograms but more looks like paint marring all over my jeep. whats the easiest way to fix this? I do have wolfgangs deep gloss 3.0 on it. plz help me make my ride look pretty again

If your towels and car are clean it shouldn't cause any marring. Something went wrong. The only way to fix it is machine polishing, assuming its not Optimum Car Wax smeared all over. I pat dry with the towels

I foamed the car then rinse and then 2 bucket method. I think I need to pat dry like you said you do. cause it was fine till I wiped clean. ugh

This make no sense. You should be able to carefully wipe a car down. Where are the mavens for this thread?

I never move the towel around and always pat a vehicle dry. Only on windows will the towel be smeared around. Leaves only a little behind that I can wipe off with a small MF towel right after.

I had two towels one washed and one new and both did it.

That's terrible. I've been using guzzlers every week for the past six months and have had nothing but great results, even on my butter soft black paint. To fix the marring you will have to do a test spot and see what gets it done.

Never had a problem with my guzzler towels. I glide the towel on my car when im drying and it just leaves a perfect dry paint. I like to wash my towel for every two uses and per use if it got some kind of contaminants on it.
