Help me with a little recognition for Yancy...

You ate lunch with your parents, or with ZZ Top??

ZZ Top, remember asking Billy Gibbons why Frank Beard didn't have a beard. They had a good laugh at that. Still to this day puzzles me though.

Shoot, I would have asked them if I could meet those girls in the "She's Got Legs" video.

Lol, Think I was 10 or 11 then. If I was a little bit older that would have been my question! Had a great time and have great memories of that day. Not every day you go to your first concert and eat lunch with who you are going to see.

Apparently some of us are a little older....

Did I miss something? How is it you got to eat lunch with the main act?

My people know people and if i was to tell you I would have to shoot you. lol!

No, Rapid City was the largest of the small towns out where I grew up (Gillette, WY). And really there was nothing else but the mall, and we were in the right place at the right time. My Dad walked up and started talking to them about this being my first concert and introduced me. The rest is history.

Saw quite a few rock legends at that mall and the one in Casper Wy. The day me and my buddy took the Bass player for Skid Row, Rachel Bolan, around town was a great and long story.

Cool story! Thanks.

Yancy's work is amazing and he is also one heck of a nice guy :props:
He is always willing to answer questions even when he is busy doing 6 things at once. First class all the way and he is without a doubt one of PBMG's bigest assets.
