Help! - Neighbor garbage metal bed frame fell on my car

Any damage to car really hurts. And the bed frame was of metal so that would be heavy. Contact you insurance company.
 
Any idea this guy isn`t responsible is not correct. It`s his bed frame and he was responsible to place it in such a manner that it didn`t damage someones property. Now collecting may be the problem because the damages don`t rise to the level that you could go to court. I guess you could be as diplomatic as possible with him and hope he does the right thing. Hope it turns out in your favor.
