Hello, We have a mobile detailing business that currently I do the work as well as my co-owner. We are looking to hire someone and are trying to decide if we should hire an employee or a contractor. Any Suggestions or opinions would be greatly appreciated or better yet if you own a mobile detailing business and have been here done that please give us your insight.

We 1099 our guys and they have no issue with that at all - until we get a massive contract or guaranteed consistent revenue of 3,000 a week or more, it will stay that way. No way we could afford all the insane taxes involved this early in the game. Hope this helps man :xyxthumbs:
