Help removing wax residue from weather stripping

Need how to advice on removing white wax residue from weatherstripping would love some help from the forum Thanks guys

Tons of threads on this, but I'll share my approach.

Spray bottle with APC @ 4:1 strength (4 parts distilled water, 1 part product - I like Megs APC and Poorboys Bio APC). Small nylon detailing brush, with the bristles cut at an angle - softer on the long edge, more firm on the short edge.

Spray APC liberally, agitate with the brush, rinse.
