Help repairing recent sealant application

I recently did a complete polish and sealed with Pinnacle Black Label sealant (2 thin coats over 48 hours). All looked phenomenal.

After about a week I decided to put an additional thin layer of wax on before winter sets in. Here is the problem. Unfortunately the only thing I had on hand was Meguiars tech wax 2.0, which I didn't realize was not meant to be applied on top of another sealant until it was too late. The finish looks a bit hazy now and there are some noticeable holograms.

Is it safe to assume these flaws are only in the top most sealant layer and if so what is the easiest/least obtrusive way to remove just the flawed layer without taking off any unnecessary clear with it?
 
It might be the products depicting holograms, or it can mean you have a soft paint system, with that said I would strip that area using something like a IPA wipe down, Carpro eraser, etc then if those holograms are still their then a product like meguiars m205 or similar should remove all defects/restore a great clear shine
 
it is definitely not soft paint :) (09 Nissan) Again, it looked absolutely perfect after applying the sealant. Wasn't until I hand applied the tech wax that some undesirable effects were noticed.

could I just go over it lightly with an ultra fine swirl remover and then reglaze/seal?
 
Yes you could try a ultra fine swirl remover if after you see striping the area has not helped
 
Again, I just want to remove the top sealant, don't want to do any actual correction. Do you think one quick pass with light swirl remover will do the trick or will it require a few passes? I have no idea how durable the black diamond sealant is yet - this was my very first application...

This is a common way to remove sealants. There's a thread going on right now regarding paint cleansers vs ultrafine polishes. You could also clay, but would most likely need an ultra fine polish to correct anyway.

Not this one. I recently switched to Menzerna products from XMT partly because of the difficulty removing defects. As others have stated in related threads, "I can vouch for the Nissans and Infinitis that have the 'hard clear coat' label on the hood, they aren't lying."

More than likely a few passes with a light swirl remover should help.
 
Yep, went over it with some xmt #1 and reapplied sealant using a pure carnauba this time. All is good. Thanks for the advice.
