help serious paint defects

hello,
my car is megane 2 2004.

i have serious paint defects over the whole car .

i photograph some pictures :

little hard to see the defects , but there is :
scrach deep \ light
bird dropping thet dry and cannot remove with shampoo
the Hood changed to the color orange
and etc

i have polisher dual action + ultimate compound+ultimate polish
and also pads meguiras buff 2.0 (red, yellow, black )

how i can fix this defects and bring the car paint to be like new without this defects?

I'm not sure if you can make it look flawless, some nasty defects you have there.

If I had to correct it I'd wash it, clay and use some m105 with a yellow pad, then you can see what you couldn't remove.
Some wet sanding will be needed for sure.

The 105 will surly will make it look better, hopefully you can see some Improvment. :dblthumb2:

ultimate compound + red pad , will not remove these nasty defects (scratch ,bird poo and etc) ?

how to work ?
