I have one RV customer and he wants the shine restored and maintained on the top front overhang.
The best I can tell, it is similar to a boat's gel coat type of finish. It looks a bit chalky.
Now I will readily admit, I don't have a lot of experience with this type of finish. Like the few boat's I've done, I tend to go with my rotary, wool pads and compound to cut through the weathered oxidation (if that's what it is). I then refine it with foam and polish and then seal it.
The cut and buff goes fine. Is there a better LSP to keep it from clouding up so quickly?
