I only have today to get this done. Hoping there are people on line that can help.
I polished my girlfriends daily driver/winter vehicle. It was in rough shape but I was using to get some practice( first time) with 105 & 205. I did the paint correction all day yesterday and at the end of the day I applied a845 I thought that was a sealant but after getting out idealized it was not. I was going to top it with max wax.
My question is will topping it with another cote of 845 be better than the max wax since they are both waxes?
I am looking for the best shine since I will probably be redoing this in October to prep for winter and this time use a sealant

How did the compounding and polishing make the paint look once you were through?

Collinite 845 is a great wax and add a 2nd coat of Collinite 845 in a day or so.

What sealant are you planning to use for the winter?

Since the Collinite is already there I would top with the MaxWax.

The polishing worked out well. The paint looked good but there where a lot paint chips. But like I said it was just my first time with 105/205.
The sealant will have to be on my next order. I was thinking the 845 was the sealant.
Today I just want to add a second cote just to get through for another month
I think I'm going to go with the last recommendation and just add a cote of the max wax and then I'll use the sealant in October
Any recommendations on a sealant for multiple vehicles
