Help with Glass?

Can someone tell me if there is a product that will take out light (but visible) scratches in a windshield that look like grit got caught between the wiper blade and the windshield. The couple of products I saw say they can remove water spots ( I have those too). But, I'm wondering if it's possible to remove both these defects with one product. By the way, I hate Rain-Ex. While drying my
car, just drying the windshield cross contaminated my towels (I applied it 3 weeks ago) and got all over my finish. Does Aquapel do this? Thanks

Mike, is that Glass Resurfacing Creme ever going to be back in stock? I know that works because I have some...and of course you used it in that write-up. I'm also kind of miffed you didn't recommend, since the Diamondite isn't available, the Car Pro glass polish.

How thick did you put it on? I mean really, was it a puddle that setup then the wash started to soften it? I have used both and have gone back to rain-x as the Aquapel is a pain in the butt on my 2500 Ram and even the wife's suv. It works about the same and at least here in SoCal where we get rain dang near every season(maybe once per) they seem to last the same as by the time I need it to work its time to reapply.

Btw, I used the diamondite product and it did not work as well as ceriglass in my experience. It did not remove the scratches as easily. I see you guys saying it does work so maybe that's a different diamondite product than the one I used? Is there two diamondite polishes? Let me go check my bottle and see what it was i was using.

In any case the ceriglass works great and is in stock for a great price.
