Help with these spots!

Pics aren't great but I have something going on. About 2 months ago I did a full correction on my '15 Yukon and coated with WG 3.0 Today I washed and did a decon with my Nanoskin fine grade mitt. I was planning on a quick polish with Menz 2500 and a good coat of FK1000 and be done for the winter when I notice these spots EVERYWHERE!!!! The paint is smooth as glass and Eraser,Spotless,Alcohol,Vinegar wouldn't touch them! Next I tried FG400 on a white Boss pad and after about 5 section passes they are only maybe 50% better. WTH is this?!?! I've seen every kind of water spot in the world and never had a problem getting them out. At this rate either I'm going to burn thru the clear or burn up my GG6 and arm!

The way the center is dark on the one it almost looks like CC bubbling. Fortunately that would be covered by warranty if that was the case. The truck is awfully new for that though. You can't feel them at all?? If you can't feel them with mitt when you pass over them??
 
I think I would stop trying to remove them until your sure what your dealing with.
 
Me too, but with everything he's tried and the fact that he can't feel them at all?? I saw a similar pic yesterday and some spots were even worse and it was CC bubbling. This vehicle seems too new for that. The only other thing I can think of is something stained the paint?? Anything else I can think of acid rain, chemical splash, etc. you should be able to feel something.

Did you try a Baggie and see if you could feel anything??
 
Have you tried a water spot remover? It may have etched into the clear. I hate to suggest it but wet sanding may be the only option if it is etched that deep.
 
Yes he did, Spotless, also tried vinager

If it were etched again I would think that would be something you would feel especially if you felt it with a Baggie, not sure if he tried the Baggie yet...
 
Yeah guys I tried the baggie test. It's beyond me. Guess they'll just be there till I trade. It has to be some kind of chemical fallout is all I can think.

I would take it to the dealership and have them check it. It's possible it happened during the paint process at the factory. Believe me GM does have some issues with paint. I got my Camaro replaced because of bad paint. I think it goes without saying that you don't want to tell them you polished it...some dealerships will use anything they can to try to weasel out of taking care of a problem.
Give it to them and let them figure it out...or repaint the vehicle if it needs it. What they charge for that vehicle, if it's a possibility it's a defect take it in...that's what the warranty is for!!

Exactly what I was thinking about doing! $60K+ vehicles shouldn't have problems IMO,shoot no new vehicle should. I don't believe it's anything I've done. It's like it happened just the last 2 months sitting in 100 degree Texas heat. Being black no telling how hot that sucker got.

Can you describe the distribution of the spots on the vehicle?
Is it everywhere? Horiz/vertical panels?

It's not coated just WGDGPS. When I did the correction I used FG400,SF4000,CarPro Eraser wipedown then a coat of the 3.0. It was in the 80's when I did it and wasn't in direct sunlight,it was just warm to the touch. It didn't see moisture for a week maybe.
