Help with URL for pictures?

Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone could give me any hints to how this all works . I have a photobucket account and I have a picture with a URL but when I add it to my sig and click save or preview it say invalid... any help would be much appriciated.. I have my pictures saved in folders with no URL's I have vista and a 64 bit LX series Gateway if that makes any difference.

after you upload it to photobucket find the tag that looks something like [i mg] whatever its called [i mg] and then post it on here. And there wont be a space between the img
